Hardened tool steel screw escapement with only two moving parts PLC control High quality valves High quality FRL Screw track level sensor so screws are replenished only when needed Hardened steel screwdriving head Non-adjustable screw escapement - prevents adjustments that govern the reliability of the system Acoustic enclosure with a top fill window A wide variety of air and electric tools can be accommodated onto this system SmartDRIVE control keep screwdriver bit extended until screwdriving is completed or the operator aborts the process Manual bit extend extends the screwdriver bit and disable the screwfeeder allowing the screwdriver to be used manually Control box with ready and fault lights, manual bit extend and reset buttons
