18" Diameter Hard Anodized Alloy Vibratory Bowl Unit
The A18 comes complete with hardened tool steel and stainless steel escapement. Optic controls switch the bowl vibration on and off to prevent excessive wear and over-pressurization of escapement and tooling areas as seen on other manufacturer's systems. A full enclosure with access doors on three sides and the top is included as standard. A clear polycarbonate fill door on top is also included. Unlike most other bowl / screwfeed manufacturers we have no adjustment at all in our escapement and bowl tooling. This ensures continued reliability and feedability, and prevents tampering or adjustment by untrained personnel. |
