Designed for use with long fasteners up to 3.5” long is also available and has an Optional polycarbonate and aluminum extrusion cabinet It still features the same hardened tool steel and stainless steel escapement. Optic controls switch the bowl vibration on and off to prevent excessive wear and over-pressurization of escapement and tooling areas as seen on other manufacturer's systems. Unlike most other bowl / screwfeed manufacturers we have no adjustment at all in our escapement and bowl tooling. This ensures continued reliability and feedability, and prevents tampering or adjustment by untrained personnel. |
