As a company, we have bounced this idea back and forth for a while now, but we are finally confident that we can launch this new feature in a way that prioritizes our distributors so that we can continue to provide world-class customer support to our customers who need it most.

Who am I talking to?
When you use our Live Chat tool, you are talking directly to our team of engineers, salespeople, and marketing team. We are equipped to answer most of your questions on Live Chat, and direct you to either an engineer or a salesperson if we cannot answer a question directly.
Live Chat Limitations:
We are based in San Dimas, California, and hours of operation for our Live Chat tool are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM PST. At the time of this email, we currently have 2 dedicated operators, so while we will strive to respond as quickly as possible, you may experience a delay in responses early on.
